Hope you don't mind the table covers, aka, all the flyers hahaha. I wasn't intend to record this, so i didn't set up it nicely for the video.
Dough mixture:
- 1 bag of rice flour (400g)
- 1/2 can of coconut creme (200ml)
- Water ( we forgot how much water we add exactly but have it as liquidy as I have in the video, make sure it's not too liquidy.) Give the mixture a good stir and add chop onion leaf after.
- Chop onion leafs (optional, 1/2 cm long), add as much as you like, maybe a hand full.
- Sauce: (Make as much as you want)
- (For about 3 people serving)
- 500 ml of water,boil it. (approximately)
- After boiling, add Salt, sugar, and a little bit of vinegar. Taste it to your liking. It should taste almost like the sauce you dip springrolls in.
- When the sauce had cool down Add a few clove of chop garlic and add some ground peppers.
